CASTLETON -- The Castleton State College Theatre Arts Department presents the dark, comic play The Beauty Queen of Leenane by Irish playwright Martin McDonagh, September 19-22, 2002. Set in the mountains of Connemara County, The Beauty Queen of Leenane tells the story of Maureen Folan, a plain and lonely woman in her forties, and her overbearing mother Mag. The small cast includes Korrie Strodel as Mag, Courtney Buda as Maureen, and Josh Souza and Kevin Osborne as the Dooley brothers. Harry McEnerny directs.
