Coach Landon is an assistant athletic director at Castleton. She runs the aquatics program and is also the head women's lacrosse coach. Landon has been a Vermont State field hockey official since 1994. |

| Coach Brown currently resides in Brandon, VT and is a 2000 graduate of Johnson State College where she is a member of their atheltic hall of fame. Brown is also the head softball coach at Castleton. |

| Caitlin Smid |

| Coach Smid is a 1997 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in bioanthropology and a 2002 graduate of Castleton with a degree in nursing. A former coach at Otter Valley Union, Smid amassed a 74-40-13 record over 8 seasons. Her teams made it to 2 state finals, bringing home 1 state championship. She was the 1999 division III coach of the year, and the 2000 Vermont state coach of the year. As a player at OVU, Smid was co-captain and MVP of the Vermont Twin State Team in 1993. At Indiana she was president of the IU field hockey club and eventually had the club reinstated to varsity status. |
