Castleton wraps up undefeated NAC season with 7-2 win over Lesley

Castleton, VT-The Castleton State College men's tennis team put the finishing touches on its undefeated North Atlantic Conference schedule with a 7-2 win over Lesley University. The Spartans improved to 10-3 overall and have now own five-straight matches.

The Spartans dropped only #1 singles and #1 doubles en route to the win.

Jessee Maranda, Justin Garritt, Jeremy Henderson, Ted Panasci, and Jamie Cook all won straight-set singles matches.

In doubles action Garritt and Panasci teamed for an 8-4 win in the #2 slot, while Cook and Dan Piliero won #3 doubles 8-2.

The Spartans wrap up the regular season Wednesday when they play host to Green Mountain College beginning at 4:00 pm. [Results]
