Martinez Named NAC Player of the Week

(March 17, 2008) - Michael Martinez (Barrington, IL/Barrington) has been named the North Atlantic Conference men's lacrosse player of the week. In a 1-1 week for the Spartans, Martinez provided five goals and one assist off the bench. In a 13-8 NAC win over Emerson, Martinez scored three goals, including the game winner. The sophomore midfielder also recorded four ground balls on the week.
