(May 5, 2008) - CAPE COD, Mass. -- After finishing the regular season with a 16-3 record, Endicott College was selected as the number one seed in the 2008 ECAC Division III New England Men's Lacrosse Championship. The tournament is a five-team field with first round game followed by semifinal and championship rounds.

In the first round contest on Wednesday, May 7, No. 4 Castleton State College (12-6) will host No. 5 Salem State College (8-4) at 4:00 p.m.

The semifinals will be held on Saturday, May 10 at Endicott College.  In the first contest, Endicott will host the winner of Castleton and Salem State at noon.  In the second game, No. 2 Plymouth State University (12-5) will host No. 3 Lasell College (9-6) at 3:00 p.m.  

The semifinal winners will meet Sunday, May 11 at 1:00 p.m. for the championship.
