(September 10, 2007) - Michael Campbell (Schenectady, NY/Niskayuna) has been named the North Atlantic Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week. Campbell helped stake the Spartans to a second place finish in the Castleton Invitational. The freshman was Castleton's top runner, finishing the 8K in 30:56, good enough for sixth position as the Spartans topped Southern New Hampshire by just one point to hang onto second place.
