Small Named NAC Women's Rookie of the Week
(September 10, 2007) - Sage Small (Vernon, CT/Rockville) has been named the North Atlantic Conference Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week. Small came up big with a third place finish in the Castleton Invitational. The freshman ran the 5K in 22:32 to help lead the Spartans to the win by a mere four points over second-place Cobleskill.
