Castleton gets swept, loses to Mount Ida 3-0

Newton, MA-Castleton fell for the second time in the afternoon 3-0, this time losing to Mount Ida. Game scores were: 30-16, 30-14 and 30-10.

Jamie Lemieux (Fort Edward, NY/Argyle Central) tallied three kills, 12 digs, and three solo blocks. Nicole Kondziela (Bath, PA/Northampton) recorded four aces.

Castleton falls to 9-8 (2-6 NAC) and is back in action on Sunday, October 15 when they travel to Paul Smith's College to take on Paul Smith's and U. Maine-Fort Kent, with matches beginning at 1:00 PM. [Box Score]
