Outgoing (U.S.) mail must reach mail room by 2:30 P.M. in order to insure same day processing.
Large quantities may be delayed. |

Keep your mailing lists/labels updated. |

Use Third Class - Bulk mail whenever possible. |

Complete certified and return-receipt slips. |

Fold envelope flap down for sealing. |

Include campus box number on mail addressed to students. |

Let the Mail Room know when you will be mailing a large quantity of pieces. |

Undeliverable pieces are returned to the office which mailed them.
