The Collegiate Chorale is an all-auditioned fifty-six voice touring choir. The members come from all academic areas bringing a wealth of diversity and energy not found in ensembles made up of only music majors.  Chorale has done performances and workshops with noted artists including Francois Clemmons (Bayou Legend, Public Television’s classic Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood), Esau Pritchett (Television’s Hit Series Law and Order), and Robert DeCormier (Music Director for Counterpoint, Peter Paul & Mary, and Harry Belafonte).  Each year the choir tours the United States bringing their unique sound to schools, churches, and concert halls and in May 2006 the Collegiate Chorale was invited to join The University of Maine Singers in a performance of the Fauré Requiem on the main stage of Carnegie Hall.  This May Chorale has added a European tour with stops in Venice, Ljubliana, Salzburg, St. Florian's, Ceske Budejovice, and Prague.

The Collegiate Chorale is directed by Prof. Ronald Sherwin.
