Jeffords Center

The Jeffords Center is the home of the departments of Natural Sciences and Psychology.

In the spring of 2007, work begins on an enlarged and renovated facility named in honor of Senator James Jeffords, who secured a $2 million federal grant to support science and mathematics education at Castleton.

Plans include a new 127-seat lecture hall, an office suite for mathematics and science, four small laboratories for faculty and student research projects, an instructional lab, and extensive renovations. The facility is scheduled to open in the fall of 2007.
